We are a people with a passion for Jesus and His purposes in the Earth.

The Bible

We believe that the sixty-six books of the Bible are the Word of God, fully inspired and without error. It is the final authority for all we believe and how we are to live.

God

We believe that there is one true and living God who exists eternally in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – equal in deity, power and glory. God not only created the world but also now upholds, sustains, governs, and providentially directs all that exists and He will bring all things to their proper consummation in Christ Jesus to the glory of His name.

Jesus Christ

We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, fully God and fully man. He was conceived and born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and offered Himself as a substitutionary sacrifice for sinners. By His blood shed at the cross, He obtained for us eternal redemption, the forgiveness of sins and life everlasting. He was raised bodily on the third day and ascended to the right hand of the Father, there to make intercession for the saints forever.

The Holy Spirit

We believe that the Holy Spirit is a person and is fully God. He is to be worshipped with the Father and the Son. The Holy Spirit regenerates, indwells and seals believers for the day of redemption. He guides believers into all truth, sanctifies and bears the fruit of Christ-like character in believers. Scripture exhorts believers to be continually filled with the Holy Spirit, to be led by the Holy Spirit and to walk in fellowship with Him. The Holy Spirit desires to empower and anoint believers for godly living, ministry and witness. The gifts of the Spirit described in the New Testament are operative today and are designed to testify to the presence of the kingdom and to empower and edify the Church to fulfill its calling and mission.

Man

Adam was originally created in the image of God, righteous and without sin; created to know and enjoy God. As a result of his disobedience, mankind incurred physical and spiritual death and is separated from God, lost and without hope apart from salvation in Christ.

Salvation

The Gospel is the good news of God’s saving actions towards sinners through Jesus Christ. Salvation is a free gift that comes only by God’s grace, through faith in Jesus Christ. Anyone who turns from their sin and trusts in Jesus Christ and His death on their behalf receives forgiveness of sins and the gift of eternal life. This saving grace of God, through the power of the Holy Spirit, also sanctifies us by enabling us to do what is pleasing in God's sight in order that we might be progressively conformed to the image of Christ.

The Church

The Church is a living, spiritual body in which Christ is the Head. God has called the Church to preach the gospel to all nations. The Church is God's primary instrument through which He is fulfilling His redemptive purposes in the earth. To equip the saints for the work of ministry, God has given the Church apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, and teachers. We also affirm the priesthood of all believers and the importance of every Christian being joined with and actively involved in a local community of the saints. Water baptism and the Lord's Supper are the two ordinances of the Church to be observed until the time of Christ's return.

Family

We are committed to the home and family as set forth in Holy Scripture, which is the final authority over our beliefs and lifestyles. God has ordained the family as the foundational institution of human society. It is composed of persons related to one another by marriage, blood or adoption. Marriage is the uniting of one man and one woman in covenant commitment. God intends sexual intimacy to occur only between a man and a woman who are married to each other and children, from the moment of conception, are a blessing and heritage from the Lord.

We believe that God wonderfully and immutably creates each person as male or female. These two distinct, complementary genders together reflect the image and nature of God. Rejection of one’s biological sex is a rejection of the image of God within that person. The Church is called to love all people in their journey to find out who God is and who He has made them to be.

The Return of Christ

Jesus will return to the earth at the Second Coming to receive His people to Himself, to judge the living and the dead and to physically reign as King of kings. There will be a bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost—the saved to endless joy, living and reigning with Christ, and the lost to endless punishment away from the benevolent presence of God.
