Our Leadership Structure
Our leadership structure is framed around the concept of discipleship: each leader is committed to developing leaders in order to train up the giftings and callings in the people among us and to model a reproducible church.
Antioch Raleigh is governed by a group of elders, men and women committed to the leadership of our local church, with an appointed lead elder serving as pastor. In addition, we have an oversight board of remote leaders of the Antioch movement.
Our staff is comprised of men and women who are committed to carrying out the outworking of our vision through various ministries.
